Multiple silos single weigh static automatic batching system is mainly used for the mixing, batching and feeding of 3-8 kinds of materials. The machine adopts computer scales for automatic control, and uses pneumatic valves to control the main material warehouse for quantitative feeding. After the materials are mixed in the mixing silo, they are automatically sent out by the belt conveyor. The system is automatically controlled by a computer scale.

STRUCTURE
1. Centralized control batching system: usually refers to a system where more than 3-8 kinds of materials are added to a weighing container for batching. It has the characteristics of compact structure and low investment.

2. Distributed control batching system: a batching system in which each material is measured in a weighing container and then mixed together. It has the characteristics of fast weighing speed and high measuring accuracy.

3. Mixing control batching system: A batching system in which a variety of materials are combined according to the closeness of the weighing value, added to different weighing containers for measurement, and then mixed together. It has fast weighing speed, high measurement accuracy and moderate investment.

4. Mobile control batching system: the weighing container is installed on a vehicle that can move back and forth, and a system in which materials are added to the weighing container from different feeding points for batching. It has the characteristics of many kinds of materials, complex formulas and accurate positioning of weighing carts.
