The reasons for the inefficiency of organic fertilizer production lines may include the following:
1. Fermentation equipment and process problems: the early composting process was static composting, which was often converted into anaerobic fermentation due to insufficient oxygen supply, producing a large amount of hydrogen sulfide and other odor, which not only polluted the environment but also had the risk of explosion.
2. Granulation equipment and technical limitations: The organic fertilizer granulator mainly uses drum granulation, disk granulation and roll granulation processes, and the main measurement indicators are qualified granulation rate and large ball rate.
3. Drying equipment efficiency: The drying link in organic fertilizer production also has an important impact on efficiency.
4. Low scale efficiency: the output value and profit of organic fertilizer production enterprises are lower than that of fertilizer. The technology of organic fertilizer production enterprises is not perfect and standardized, and the proportion of low-level production enterprises is large, resulting in the majority of organic fertilizer production enterprises with small scale, seriously low production capacity, lack of scale efficiency and difficult to make profits.
5. Raw material quality control is not strict: the quality of organic fertilizer products is uneven, the main reason is that the quality control of raw materials is not strict, some raw materials themselves contain heavy metals, antibiotics and other toxic and harmful substances, which may cause a series of environmental problems after application.
6. Backward application technology of organic fertilizer: the application technology of organic fertilizer is relatively backward, and the lack of advanced technologies such as precision fertilization and formula fertilization leads to low fertilization efficiency.
In response to the above problems, organic fertilizer production lines need to be improved and optimized in aspects of fermentation technology, granulation technology, drying efficiency, large-scale production, raw material quality control and application technology to improve production efficiency and product quality.
