The use of organic fertilizer equipment for production needs to meet the following conditions:

3. Meet environmental protection requirements: odor treatment measures should be taken during raw material pretreatment and fermentation, and sewage treatment facilities should be established to ensure wastewater discharge standards. Proper handling of solid waste generated during the production of organic fertilizer production lines, such as separate collection, storage and disposal.

4. Safe operation of the equipment: The operator must be familiar with the operation rules of the equipment to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by improper operation.

5. Personal Protective equipment: When using the equipment, the operator should wear protective equipment, such as masks, safety glasses, etc.

6. In line with land use planning: the site selection should be in line with the regional land use planning, urban and rural construction planning, etc.

7. Away from densely populated areas: The factory site should be located in the downwind of densely populated areas such as residential, cultural and educational, and scientific research.

8. Local soil conditions: Understand the fertility status and nutrient requirements of local soil in order to produce organic fertilizer products suitable for local soil.

9. Factory site conditions: consider the geographical location of the factory, transportation convenience, land area and other factors to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.

10. The degree of automation of production: according to the economic strength and technical level of the enterprise, choose the appropriate degree of automation to improve production efficiency and product quality.
