The air leakage problem of organic fertilizer equipment will affect the production efficiency and the operation stability of the equipment. The following are several methods to deal with the air leakage problem:

1. Check and repair the sealing parts. Air leakage problems usually occur in the sealing parts of the equipment, such as pipe interfaces, bellows, valves, etc. It is necessary to check the sealing condition of these parts regularly and replace the worn seals in time.

2. Optimize the structural design of the equipment and use new sealing materials: the use of high temperature and wear resistant sealing materials, such as graphite self-lubricating sealing devices, can effectively reduce air leakage.

3. Strengthen equipment maintenance and check the lubrication system regularly: ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system to avoid wear and air leakage caused by insufficient lubrication.

4. Timely cleaning of ash and debris: regularly clean up ash and debris inside the equipment to avoid air leakage caused by clogging.

5. Adopt intelligent control system, through the installation of intelligent material level control system and wind pressure control system, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, automatic adjustment of air volume and negative pressure, reduce the air leakage caused by unstable operation of equipment.

6. Strengthen daily inspection: regularly inspect the equipment to find and deal with air leakage points in time. For the air leakage parts found, welding, sealant and other ways can be used to repair.

7. Optimize the process parameters, adjust the operating parameters of the equipment (such as wind speed, wind pressure, etc.) according to the actual production situation of the organic fertilizer production line, to ensure that the equipment runs in the best condition and reduce air leakage.
