How to deodorize organic fertilizer production line fermentation link

2024/07/05

The fermentation stage of the organic fertilizer production line usually produces a relatively strong odor and odor, so effective deodorization measures are needed to ensure good environmental and working conditions. Here are some common deodorant methods:

1. Biological filter: This is a common deodorization technology that uses specific microorganisms to remove odorous substances in organic exhaust gases such as ammonia. The biofilter uses microbes attached to the surface of the filler to break down odor molecules in the organic exhaust gas, converting ammonia and other harmless substances.

2. Chemical deodorants: The use of some specific chemicals, such as activated carbon, oxidants or other adsorbents to adsorb and neutralize odor molecules in organic waste gas.

3. Physical deodorization technology: for example, the use of condensation, adsorption, electron beam or ultraviolet irradiation to remove odor in the air.

4. Mulch: Covering the fermentation pile with a layer of mulch, such as straw, wood chips or other mulch material, can reduce the release of odor.

5. Good ventilation system: Ensure that the production area has sufficient ventilation, through the exhaust air and fresh air system, the odor is quickly discharged.

6. Regular cleaning and maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance of fermentation equipment and facilities to prevent odor accumulation and spread.

7. Production process optimization: By optimizing the temperature, humidity, material ratio and other parameters of the fermentation process, the odor generation is minimized.

Choosing the right deodorization method usually takes into account factors such as production scale, organic fertilizer equipment conditions, local regulatory requirements and economics. The comprehensive use of a variety of methods can usually effectively control and reduce the odor problem in the process of organic fertilizer production.
