How to identify organic fertilizer equipment design defects

2025/01/21

Identifying the design defects of organic fertilizer equipment can be started from the following aspects:

1. Failure performance and analysis, poor granulation: the particle is not formed, the particle surface is rough, irregular, and the yield is low. The solution measures include regularly checking the water content of raw materials, adjusting the ratio of raw materials, checking the heating device, and regularly maintaining the equipment.

2. Abnormal sound of the equipment: During the operation, abnormal sound occurs in the granulator. Possible causes include loose or damaged components in the device. The solution measures include immediately stopping the operation of the equipment, checking the internal parts of the equipment, tightening the loose parts, replacing the damaged parts, cleaning the feed port, and maintaining the bearings regularly.

3. Production reduction: In the production process of organic fertilizer production line, the output per unit time is significantly reduced. Possible causes include raw material quality problems, improper operations by operators, and degraded device performance. The solution includes checking whether the incoming raw materials meet the standards, improving the training of operators, and regularly maintaining the equipment.

4. Design and improvement Improvement design: Improve the design of horizontal organic fertilizer spreader, and add a pin-type fertilizer feed crushing roller, a vacuum baffle and an impact guide at the fertilizer outlet to reduce fertilizer consumption and improve fertilizer uniformity.

5. Safety protection: Check whether the safety protection devices of the electrical system are in good condition, such as grounding protection, overload protection, etc., to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

Through the above methods, the design defects of organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively identified, and corresponding measures can be taken to improve and optimize, so as to reduce equipment failures and improve production efficiency and product quality.
