Lubricating the gears and bearings of
organic fertilizer equipment is a key step to ensure the normal operation of equipment, reduce wear, and extend service life. The following are the specific lubrication methods and precautions:
1. Grease: For bearings, it is recommended to use lithium grease or molybdenum disulfide grease. These greases have good anti-wear and anti-rust properties.
2. Oil cup dripping oil lubrication: through the oil saving port in the oil cup to the bearing dripping oil for lubrication. The amount of oil drops should be one drop every 3-8 seconds to avoid excessive oil causing temperature rise.
3. Circulating oil lubrication: the lubricating oil is transported to the bearing through the oil pump, and then returned to the tank. Suitable for high speed, high temperature, heavy duty occasions, sufficient lubrication and good heat dissipation effect.
4. Cleaning: Before lubrication, ensure that the gear and bearing surface is clean, free of impurities and dust.
5. Appropriate addition: When adding lubricating oil or grease, ensure appropriate amount to avoid too much or too little. Too much may result in too high a temperature rise, too little insufficient lubrication.
6. Regular inspection: monthly lubrication inspection of transmission components (such as gears, bearings) to ensure that the lubrication system is unimpeded.
7. Maintenance and inspection: lubricating oil and grease need to be replaced regularly to avoid affecting the lubrication effect due to aging of oil or excessive impurities.
8. Check the seal: ensure that the lubrication system is well sealed to prevent impurities from entering.
9. Monitoring temperature: Check the temperature of bearings and gears regularly. If abnormal temperature rise is found, stop the car immediately.
Through the above method, the gear and bearing of the organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively lubricated, the wear can be reduced, and the operation efficiency and service life of the
organic fertilizer production line can be improved.
