3. Anti-aging rubber parts: rubber parts are easily aging when wet or stained with oil, resulting in cracks. During the storage of the equipment, jacks or sleepers should be used to lift the front and rear axles of the locomotive so that the tires are off the ground and do not bear the load.

4. Storage environment: If the electric machine is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a ventilated, dry and clean warehouse. Avoid putting the motor in a fertilizer wetland or a place that is easy to be wet by rain, otherwise the motor will be damp, the insulation performance will be reduced, resulting in short circuit, leakage, iron, and even burn the coil.

5. Regular power preheating: If the organic fertilizer production line system is shut down for more than 15 consecutive days, the host and channel instrument should be powered up for more than half an hour every 15 days to prevent moisture intrusion.

6. Equipment cleaning and maintenance: regularly clean the residue and dust on the equipment, especially in the transmission parts and sealing parts of the equipment.

7. Maintenance of weak current control system: the control room should be clean, dry and ventilated, and air conditioning can be installed as far as possible to keep the indoor temperature.

Through the above measures, the organic fertilizer equipment can effectively prevent moisture, rust and aging in the Meiyu season, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
