When organic fertilizer equipment freezes in winter, some measures need to be taken to quickly thaw and resume operation. Here are some effective thawing methods:
1. Mechanical deicing, using tools deicing: you can use a shovel, scraper and other tools to manually remove the ice on the surface of the equipment and pipes.
2. Vibration deicing: Through vibration equipment or pipes, the ice is loosened and shed.
3. Thermal thawing and heating equipment: Use an electric heater or hot air gun to locally heat the equipment to melt the ice. Pay attention to heating evenly to avoid local overheating.
4. Steam heating: If conditions permit, steam can be used to heat the equipment, and the high temperature of steam can quickly melt the ice.
5. Chemical deicing, the use of deicing agents: spraying deicing agents on the surface of the equipment, such as industrial salt water, can reduce the melting point of the ice and accelerate the melting of the ice.
6. Preventive measures to keep the equipment dry: in winter, the sealing of the equipment should be checked regularly to prevent moisture from entering the equipment.
7. Add antifreeze: Add antifreeze to the lubrication system of the organic fertilizer production line to prevent the lubricating oil from solidifying at low temperatures.
Through the above methods, the organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively thawed and restored to normal operation. During operation, pay attention to safety to avoid secondary damage to the device.
