 Reducing the wear of organic fertilizer equipment can be achieved in the following ways:

1. Select wear-resistant materials The use of high-wear-resistant materials to manufacture key components, such as stainless steel or alloy materials, can effectively reduce the wear of equipment.

2. Regular cleaning of the equipment: After the end of the work every day, the equipment should be comprehensively inspected, focusing on the surface, interior and transmission parts of the equipment. Equipment should be cleaned before daily work, especially the hopper and mixing blades, to prevent residual material.

3. Fastener inspection and lubrication: The fasteners of the equipment are easy to loose, and should be checked and fastened in time. In addition, the inside of the equipment needs to be lubricated regularly to reduce wear and noise.

4. Use anti-wear coating: The use of anti-wear coating in the key parts of the equipment can effectively reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment.

5. Reduce dust accumulation: organic fertilizer equipment will produce a certain amount of dust after operation and discharge, if not cleaned and maintained in time, dust will enter the various connections of the equipment, increase friction, and even cause the accumulation of germs, which will cause corrosion to the equipment. Therefore, the staff need to carry out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment.

6. Check motor operation: pay special attention to motor friction, otherwise it will affect the use of organic fertilizer equipment. The staff need to check the operation of the motor at all times, especially before the load operation, the wiring of the motor should be checked, and if there is damage, it should be updated immediately to ensure safe operation.
