How to solve the blockage of pig manure organic fertilizer equipment

2024/07/29

 1. Shutdown and safety check: First, ensure the shutdown and disconnect the power supply to ensure safety. Check whether the organic fertilizer equipment is completely stopped to avoid accidents during the cleaning process.

2. Clean the inlet and outlet: Check the location of the blockage, usually near the inlet or outlet. The method of clearing the blockage can vary depending on the specific condition of the blockage and may require cleaning with tools or manually.

3. Check and clean the mixing unit: If the blockage occurs inside the mixing unit, it may be necessary to open the unit and manually clean the area around the mixer or mixing unit. Ensure that no residue can affect the normal operation of the equipment.

4. Adjust the operating parameters: If the blockage is caused by improper operating parameters, such as the mixing time is too short or the blockage caused by handling too many raw materials, you can consider adjusting the operating parameters, such as increasing the mixing time or reducing the amount of raw materials for one-time treatment.

5. Preventive measures: In order to avoid the recurrence of clogging, it is possible to consider optimizing the pretreatment of raw materials, such as ensuring that pig manure is sufficiently dried or properly chopped, to reduce the risk of clogging at the feed or discharge port.

6. Regular maintenance and cleaning: Set a regular maintenance schedule, including cleaning and checking the area inside and around the equipment. Regular maintenance can prevent problems during the operation of the organic fertilizer produciton line, including clogging.

7. Technical support and maintenance: If you cannot solve the blockage problem by yourself or need professional support, contact the equipment supplier or maintenance team in time to seek professional technical support and maintenance services.
