3. Connect the conveying equipment: Connect the semi-wet material crusher with the conveying equipment (such as belt conveyor, screw conveyor, etc.), and fix and adjust it to ensure smooth material conveying.

4. Connect the power supply: Connect the power cable of the semi-wet material crusher according to the electrical drawing of the device, and check whether the circuit connection is correct to ensure safety and reliability.

5. Lubrication debugging: Check and debug the lubrication system of the semi-wet material crusher to ensure that the lubrication points are smooth, and add the appropriate amount of lubricating oil.

6. No-load test run: Before switching on the power supply, carry out no-load test run first to check whether the rotating parts of the equipment are normal, whether there is abnormal sound or vibration, and whether the equipment is running smoothly.

7. With material test run: After the no-load test run is normal, add a small amount of semi-wet materials to carry out with material test run, observe the feeding, crushing and discharging of materials, adjust equipment parameters to ensure the normal operation of equipment.

8. Debugging parameters: According to the actual production requirements, the speed, feed amount, discharge particle size and other parameters of the semi-wet material crusher are adjusted, and the appropriate process parameters are recorded.

9. Safety protection: After commissioning, check and test the safety protection device of the equipment to ensure the safety of operators and equipment in the production process.
