Especially when dealing with raw materials containing sticky substances, more attention should be paid to taking appropriate measures, such as timely cleaning and adjusting equipment, to avoid affecting production efficiency because of blockage.
5. Safe operation: When using the roller granulator, follow the relevant safe operating procedures to ensure the personal safety of the operator and the normal operation of the equipment. This includes proper use of protective equipment, avoidance of operational errors, and prevention of accidents.
6. Monitoring and adjustment of product quality: During the production process, the quality of the product should be regularly checked and monitored, and adjusted and improved as needed. The particle characteristics and yield of the product can be optimized by adjusting the ratio of raw materials and machine parameters.
