What factors can cause the temperature to rise during the processing of organic fertilizer equipment

2024/12/20

The temperature increase of organic fertilizer equipment during processing may be caused by the following factors:

1. Improper sealing control of the dryer: If the sealing of the dryer is not good, it may lead to heat loss, which affects the drying efficiency and temperature control. Measures such as partial sealing, integral sealing or closed chambers can reduce material scattering and dust, while also helping to maintain the temperature inside the dryer.

2. Poor sealing performance of transport equipment: The use of transport equipment with poor sealing performance may increase the height difference and inclination of discharge logistics, resulting in scattering and dust, which affects temperature control.

3. Imperfect exhaust system: If the design of exhaust system is unreasonable, it can not effectively remove the dust and exhaust gas in the room, which may cause the indoor temperature to rise.

4. Insufficient insulation measures: Adding a thermal insulation layer, such as glass wool, to the steel plate of the dryer can reduce heat loss. If the insulation measures are insufficient, it will lead to heat loss and increase the internal temperature of the dryer.

5. Improper operating temperature control: Determine the operating temperature according to the amount of urea in the formula. Urea belongs to the variety with low decomposition temperature in fertilizer, so the amount of urea should be paid close attention in the organic fertilizer production line to control the appropriate operating temperature.

6. Heap turning and insufficient ventilation: In the process of organic fertilizer fermentation, heap turning and forced ventilation are the main methods to adjust the temperature. If the reactor is not adequately turned or poorly ventilated, the internal temperature of the reactor will increase.

Through the above analysis, it can be seen that in order to ensure the stability of the temperature during the processing of organic fertilizer equipment, it is necessary to comprehensively consider and adjust from many aspects such as sealing, heat preservation, and operation control.
