If theorganic fertilizer granulator has become damp, the following measures can be taken for handling:
1. Immediately stop the machine for inspection: Once it is found that the organic fertilizer equipment is damp, the machine should be stopped immediately and the power supply cut off to prevent further damage to the equipment. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electrical components and key parts of the equipment, such as motors, bearings, gears, etc., to ensure that they are not damaged due to moisture.
2. Cleaning and drying: Use a clean cloth or absorbent material to remove accumulated water from the surface and interior of the equipment. Dry the cleaned components with hot air or dry compressed air to ensure there is no residual moisture.
3. Inspection and Repair: Inspect all components of the lubrication system, such as the oil pump, oil pipes, oil tank, etc., to ensure there is no damage or blockage. If any component is found to be damaged or severely worn, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
4. Lubrication and rust prevention: Apply lubricating oil or grease to the surface of components to ensure good lubrication of the equipment. Apply anti-rust agent to the surface of the components to prevent rusting.
5. Reassembly and testing: Reassemble the cleaned components onto the equipment and ensure that all connections are well sealed. Restart the equipment and check whether the lubrication system is working properly to ensure there is no leakage.
6. Preventive measures: During the equipment design stage, waterproof measures should be taken into account, such as using waterproof motors and well-sealed bearings. Regularly check the waterproof performance of the equipment and promptly repair damaged seals.
Through the above measures, the problem of moisture in organic fertilizer granulators can be effectively dealt with, the risk of equipment damage can be reduced, and the normal operation of the equipment can be ensured.
