What wrong operation will directly affect the service life of the double roller press granulator

2024/09/27

Double roller press granulator is a common equipment in organic fertilizer production line, and its correct operation and maintenance is very important to extend the service life of organic fertilizer equipment. The following are some of the errors that can lead to equipment wear and the corresponding preventive measures:

1. Uneven feed: uneven feed may lead to uneven wear of the roller, affecting the quality of granulation. Ensure that the feed is uniform to avoid excessive wear on one side of the roll.

2. Overload operation: Long-term overload operation will increase the wear of the roll and shorten the service life of the roll. Production should be controlled reasonably according to the design capacity of the equipment.

3. Improper material humidity: too high or too low material humidity will affect the granulation effect and roll wear. Adjust the humidity of the material according to the equipment requirements.

4. Lack of lubrication: The lack of lubrication of roller bearings will lead to increased wear. Check and refill the lubricating oil regularly.

5. Improper operation: The operator is not familiar with the operation of the equipment, which may cause damage to the equipment. The training of operators should be strengthened to ensure that they understand the correct operation of the equipment.

6. Insufficient maintenance: Lack of regular inspection and maintenance will lead to accelerated equipment wear. A maintenance plan should be developed, the equipment should be checked regularly and the worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.

7. Improper cleaning: Dust and dirt accumulated inside the equipment will affect the operation of the equipment, resulting in wear. Equipment should be cleaned regularly to ensure its good operation.

By avoiding these wrong operations, the service life of the roller extrusion granulator can be effectively extended to ensure the stable operation of the organic fertilizer production line.
