Production line technology for producing 10000 tons of cow manure organic fertilizer annually
1. The early stage organic fertilizer fermentation equipment used a 7.5kw-11KW motor power of a 3-meter or 4-meter fermentation tipping machine, which can be used in multiple tanks in one machine.
2. The organic fertilizer crushing equipment adopts a large semi wet material crusher model 600, with an electric motor power of 21kW and an hourly output of 3-5 tons.
3. The mixer adopts a model 900 horizontal mixer with a motor power of 7.5kw.
4. The organic fertilizer granulation equipment uses a 3000cm disc granulator with an electric motor power of 11kW and an hourly output of 5-6 tons.
5. The dryer adopts a 12 meter rotary dryer with an electric motor power of 11kw. The drying effect is 50% moisture in the feed particles and 15% moisture in the discharge particles, achieving a reasonable drying effect with an hourly output of 3-5 tons.
6. The cooling machine adopts a 10 meter natural cold air rotary cooling machine, with a motor power of 7.5kw and a production capacity of 3-5 tons per hour.
7. The coating machine uses a 1.2X4 meter electric motor with a power of 5.5kw and a speed of 8 revolutions per minute to achieve a good coating effect.
8. The screening machine uses one 1-meter single port feeding machine for grading and screening of crushed raw materials. It is used for screening waste products after cooling.
9. The fully automatic packaging machine integrates automatic weighing and sewing of 3-6 bags per minute.
The concept of green development has deeply rooted in people's hearts, but how can we turn the concept into reality in actual production and truly implement ecological agriculture? This is a problem that all agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises need to face. Relevant experts say that the key to developing ecological agriculture lies in the transformation of fertilizer use by agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises, with more use of organic fertilizers and less use of fertilizers.
