The granulating raw materials of the disc granulator machine are mostly biological organic fertilizer, coal powder, cement, clinker, chemical fertilizer, etc., which can be applied to organic fertilizer production line, npk production line, biological organic fertilizer production line, etc. The disc granulator is uniform in granulation, has a large selection range of particle diameter, can be adjusted flexibly, and has a beautiful and uniform appearance. The granulation disc is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates, which is durable and not easy to deform. The disc of the equipment adopts an overall arc structure, and the granulation rate is as high as 93%. The reducer and the motor are driven by flexible belts, which can start smoothly and reduce the impact force.
1. Transport the treated pig manure directly to the raw material silo.
2. Transfer the pig manure to the disc equalizer and evenly add it to the rotating disc of the disc granulator; spray the liquid component or an appropriate amount of water in the disc through the liquid component distributor of the disc granulator. On the material, to meet the liquid phase required for ball formation; the rotating disk and the edge of the disk produce friction and centrifugal force on the material, so that the material moves circumferentially, so that the powder and particles rub and squeeze each other, and gradually aggregate into a ball;
3. It is transported to the organic fertilizer dryer for heat exchange with the heat in the hot blast stove.
4. The particles are transported to the hot screen for classification, and the fine particles are directly returned to the disc equalizer as the core to continue to participate in the particle adhesion into a ball.
5. Cool the fertilizer to the organic fertilizer cooler by natural cold air or forced cold air.
6. It is transported to the finished product screening machine, and the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and returned to the disc homogenizer to continue to participate in ball formation.
7. The screened qualified products are sent to the coating machine for coating treatment.
