The production of organic fertilizer is to thoroughly kill pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs through microbial technology, eliminate stench, decompose organic matter by microorganisms, change macromolecular matter into small molecules, and then achieve the purpose of deodorization, decomposition, dehydration and drying, so as to make organic fertilizer with excellent physical properties, carbon nitrogen ratio test and excellent fertilizer efficiency.

Process flow of organic fertilizer production line:
Fermentation---crushing---screening---proportioning---granulating---drying---cooling---casting---coating---packaging.
1. Stacking on the ground, using the ground compost turner, or feeding materials in the fermentation trough, using the trough compost turning machine
2. Evenly sprinkle the inoculant, turn over the pile and ferment to reach the goal of heating up, deodorizing, rotting and killing miscellaneous bacteria
3. Fermentation 7-12 days, according to the temperature of different places, the number of turning pile is different
4. Complete fermentation and putrefaction, out of the pond (ground type, direct collection by forklift)
5. Use grading screen to screen the coarse and fine (the screened powder fertilizer can be sold directly)
6. Smash the screened blocks with a crushing fertilizer production machine and return them to the grading screen
7. Mix the required trace elements with a premixer
8. Granulation with granulator
9. Feed into dryer and cooler
