Horizontal Mixer

The horizontal mixer is one of the most widely used mixing devices across industries such as chemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, animal feed, and fertilizers. Shaft ends are equipped with either gland packing seals or labyrinth air-purge seals. The discharge system utilizes a large pneumatic bomb-bay door or a butterfly valve to ensure rapid, residue-free unloading. The vessel can be customized with heating or cooling jackets and supports process requirements such as vacuum or positive pressure operation.
