The new type of organic fertilizer granulator mainly consists of the following hardware components:
(I) Dual-process granulation main unit: This is the core working unit of the equipment, integrating both stirring tooth granulation and rotary drum granulation processes, or both extrusion and disc functions.

Organic waste includes composted livestock and poultry manure, straw powder, mushroom residue, distiller's grains, medicinal residue, peat moss, lignite, weathered coal, and municipal sludge. The equipment can process materials with a moisture content of 20%-60%. In terms of production capacity, small-scale equipment produces 0.5-1.5 t/h, medium-scale equipment produces 2-4 t/h, and large-scale equipment produces 5-12 t/h.
The core innovation of this equipment lies in its collaborative "crush-then-granulate" operation mode. After fermentation, the semi-wet material enters the feed inlet and is first thoroughly crushed by a high-speed rotating crushing rotor. The crushed fine powder directly enters the granulation chamber, where it rapidly agglomerates into granules under the combined action of high-speed stirring by the agitator teeth and the liquid phase. The granules then enter the rotating drum chamber or the rounding zone, where they are further rounded, compacted, and polished under centrifugal force and friction. The entire process achieves integrated operation from "feeding → crushing → granulation → discharge." The machine utilizes variable frequency speed control and intelligent temperature control.
The upstream of the new organic fertilizer granulator is a fermentation system. Only thoroughly fermented and decomposed materials (moisture content 22%-38%, no foul odor) can enter the granulation process. The front section of the equipment can be equipped with a crushing and screening—dual-shaft stirring and humidity conditioning system; the rear section can be equipped with rotary drying—cooling—fine screening—coating—automatic metering and packaging equipment. The complete production line can realize continuous production from raw materials to finished products. For coarse fibrous materials that are difficult to granulate using conventional equipment, the equipment can directly granulate them after fermentation.
