To transform livestock manure from waste into a valuable resource and foster integrated crop-livestock circular agriculture, our company shipped a complete high-temperature organic fertilizer fermentation tank production line to Nanjing in January 2026. This system supports a local project dedicated to the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.
Addressing issues such as pollution from manure accumulation and treatment difficulties at nearby large-scale farms, the project employs a sealed, high-temperature fermentation process. It converts various types of livestock manure and straw additives into high-quality commercial organic fertilizer. This approach resolves environmental challenges associated with livestock farming while producing high-value eco-friendly fertilizer, achieving a win-win for both environmental protection and economic efficiency.
Compared to traditional trough-style fermentation, the vertical fermentation tank process offers standardized operations, a smaller footprint, and faster commissioning. Unaffected by weather or seasonal changes, it is ideal for use in areas near cities or on compact facility sites. The resulting mature fertilizer boasts high organic matter content and is safe and harmless, meeting industry standards for commercial organic fertilizer.
The start of the year marks the beginning of a new phase—one that calls for a full-speed sprint. We remain committed to the R&D and manufacturing of complete organic fertilizer equipment. Leveraging our mature and stable processes—covering fermentation, granulation, and drying—we continue to empower livestock and fertilizer enterprises across various regions to achieve green transformation and efficient production.
