NPK Blending Fertilizer Production Line Mixing Module Equipment

The mixing module of an NPK blending fertilizer production line is the core component ensuring uniform fertilizer nutrient distribution. Based on production capacity, material characteristics, and formula requirements, it is equipped with multiple mainstream mixing main units and auxiliary machines to meet various production conditions.

The twin-shaft paddle mixer is standard equipment on the production line and has the widest applicability. Two rotating shafts operate in opposite directions, with the paddles pushing and dispersing materials in an alternating manner, resulting in fast mixing speed and high uniformity. It effectively avoids particle segregation and can be used for large-scale blending of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium basic raw materials, suitable for the production of conventional general-purpose formula fertilizers.

The drum mixer minimizes material damage. Relying on the rotating drum to tumble and blend the material, the particle collision is gentle, reducing breakage and dusting. It is suitable for processing fragile raw materials and materials with added anti-caking agents, resulting in a high-quality finished product.

The horizontal ribbon mixer ensures smooth material discharge. The internal spiral ribbon reciprocates, driving the material to mix evenly. It is suitable for materials with slight viscosity, as well as for blending of micronutrients and additives. Vertical disc mixers are compact in size and offer gentle mixing, making them ideal for small-batch premixing of trace components, flexibly adaptable to niche, customized formulations.

The modules are equipped with a full range of auxiliary equipment, including a sealed feed hopper, discharge gate valve, and inspection port, along with dustproof flexible connections to minimize dust leakage. They also feature a micro-feeding mechanism for precise addition of trace elements and conditioning agents; a variable frequency drive adjusts the mixing speed to suit different materials. All models can be connected to dust collection vents to collect dust generated during mixing. The complete system balances mixing quality, production efficiency, and a suitable workshop environment.
